Calendar of Committees and Meetings

The calendar of meetings sets out the dates of upcoming meetings. Meeting dates are subject to change. When looking for details of a particular meeting, please contact the relevant officer to confirm that the meeting is going ahead as scheduled.

Watch Council Meetings

The Council broadcasts some Committee Meetings as webcasts, live on the internet. The webcasts are also recorded and published online, it may also be published it in other formats.

If you go in the Council Chamber at any time during a meeting which is webcast, you give permission for the Council to include you in this webcast and recording. All parts of the room can be seen or heard by the camera or microphones, so if you don’t want to be recorded, please don’t go in.

Register of Significant Decisions taken by Strategic Directors

Under the Council's Scheme of Delegation some decisions are delegated to individual Strategic Directors. All significant decisions are recorded on a Decision Form which states the basis of the decision including other options considered, together with a list of any consultees.
