How to change your vehicle registration on your parking permit

If you have changed cars either permanently or temporarily, you need to update your virtual parking permit immediately to avoid a parking fine.

Please follow these steps:

• Log in to your parking account for virtual permits
   
• Click on the link ‘My permits’ at the top
   
• Then click the three dots next to your permit, as shown below
   

• Then click on the tab at the top named 'Vehicles':

• Now click the button ‘request change of vehicle’:

• From the drop down menu, select the vehicle you need to change and type in the new vehicle registration number, then click ‘proceed':

• Finally, upload the documents required for the new vehicle and submit your request.
