How do I request a new key fob?
You can request a new key fob via your MyStAlbans portal account. Please note you will need to log in and enter your tenancy, leasehold or garage reference number.
It will take approximately 3-5 working days for the key fobs to arrive/be collected.
Costs
- A replacement key fob is £15
- A faulty key fob is free but the faulty fob must be returned to us first
- Unfortunately, if you receive benefits it does not reduce the cost to buy or replace a key fob
