Guide for accessing representations on the portal

All the representations received are available via our consultation portal via the link above.

To view a specific representation click on “What people said”, then select “Submission”, then use the search function (the magnifying glass) to find a specific representation.

You can search by the name of the consultee, the organisation, or the name of the agent (if there was one). You can also search by representation number if you know it. Once you have found the representation you wish to view click on the download symbol next to the representation.

A pdf copy of the representation will then be downloaded. Depending on your browser settings this will either open in a pdf reader, or within your internet browser. If there were any attachments associated with the representation, or the original representation was not made directly using our consultation portal, then those files are available to view underneath the heading “Please upload any supporting documents here. Do not include any signatures or other personal data.” Click on the file name to download the supporting document.
