Building and Facilities Services

The Building and Facilities team is concerned with aspects of maintenance, repair and compliance across the estate. The focus tends to be on buildings; however, the scope extends to structures in green spaces as well as garages and car parks. The Council is also responsible for all closed church yards in the district and a significant span of walls and boundaries.
