General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & Data Protection Act 2018
The Council has a Data Protection Policy in place.
Under GDPR, the Council must have a named Data Protection Officer who is responsible for data protection matters and available to contact by members of the public. Our Data Protection Officer is Judith Adamson, Solicitor - Regulatory Team Leader. She can be contacted by e-mail at GDPR@stalbans.gov.uk

The Regulation provides rights to individuals concerning the use of their personal data, including subject access requests. If you wish to make a subject access request please contact: foi@stalbans.gov.uk. To exercise any other personal data right, please contact: GDPR@stalbans.gov.uk.
