Independent facilitators, Imagineplaces, have produced a summary of the briefing sessions, workshop and feedback session, with local residents and others, that together have helped shape the plans for the new leisure and cultural centres.

Community Engagement Survey Results (May 2017)

Thank you to those residents and stakeholders who have contributed to the Harpenden Leisure and Cultural Development community engagement events. All the comments and observations from residents and stakeholders have been consolidated into common themes. These themed comments have been noted and will be taken into consideration during the next stage of the process which is the detailed design stage.

Community Engagement (August 2017)

The latest indicative designs for the new Harpenden Leisure Centre and Cultural Centre went on display at Park Hall, Harpenden on Tuesday 15th August 2017 from 4pm to 8pm. The architects and members of the Council's project team were on hand to discuss the plans. The designs were then transferred to the Harpenden Public Halls, where there were on display from Wednesday 16th August to Friday 1st September 2017 during the Public Halls opening hours.
