Information about the St Albans Health and Wellbeing Partnership
The Health and Wellbeing Partnership is about improving the health and wellbeing of every person living in St Albans City and District.
It is a partnership between District Council members, the chair of the County Health and Wellbeing Board, and officers representing public health at the County Council, Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Community Central, charities and patient watch groups.
The Partnership ensures that we all work together to improve the health and wellbeing of local people, especially those with health problems or who may be in difficult circumstances.
