BREAKING NEWS - St Albans Beach Volleyball Courts

Verulamium Park in St Albans is one of 6 successful venues to gain a new beach volleyball court after the Olympics, made with sand taken directly from Horse Guards Parade and the training courts in St James' Park. The courts are in the final stages of installation, but due to time of year and current weather conditions the courts will not be operational until early spring. An official launch event will take place to mark the opening of the courts, offering free taster sessions, free tournaments and free coaching with local club coaches. For more information please visit the Urban Beach Volleyball Courts section of the website.
