How is the Partnership funded?

The St Albans District Health and Wellbeing Partnership and Hertfordshire County Council have a funding agreement to deliver mutually agreed public health priorities. The agreed priorities are: 
  • Increasing physical activity and promoting a healthy weight
  • Improving mental health and emotional wellbeing
  • Reducing the harm caused by alcohol
Reducing health inequalities is an overarching priority for the Partnership.

Community Grants

The partnership has a small grants fund available to support local innovative projects from the voluntary and community sector. For further information please see Public Health Grants Fund information.

The deadline for 2016/17 applications has passed.
