The primary function of Building Control is to advise on the compliance of buildings in relation to the current Building Regulations, so as to ensure the health, safety, welfare and convenience of people using them.

If you are trying to contact a Building Control Officer please be advised that site visits are conducted daily between 10.00am and 2.30pm and meetings in the Civic Centre are by appointment only.
