Mosaic Lettings
At Mosaic Lettings, we work on behalf of St Albans City and District Council to find good homes in the private rented sector for local people.
With Mosaic, you get a wide range of valuable added benefits and services:
No tenant search fees, monthly charges, or tenancy set up costs – the service is completely free of charge.
Tenant background checks, and you have the final say on who moves into your property.
A £200 up-front added bonus when you let your property, up to a maximum of £600 per landlord.
A bond deposit of up to 2 months' rent.
A free inventory service at the start of the tenancy – arranged and paid for by us.
Free and regular inspection visits (minimum of every 3 to 6 months) done by our professionals.
A free cleaning service at the end of the tenancy, arranged and paid for by us.
We will pay for up to 2 months' rent if the accommodation is void and if the property is re-let through us. This cover will commence from the time that the property is ready to let.
All these extras are funded through the Mosaic Lettings service through funding provided by St Albans City and District Council.
There are no hidden catches or costs.
