Landlord portal

If you are a landlord and you receive Housing Benefit payments for a tenant, you will need to register to access our landlord portal.

The landlord portal will tell you what payments you have been sent and which tenants these payments are for.

Our 'old' landlord portal is no longer supported and we have recently launched a new landlord portal which we hope landlords will find easier to use. If you currently access our existing portal we will need to register you for this new portal. To register please e-mail benefits@stalbans.gov.uk quoting your current username and landlord reference number and we will e-mail you details of how to access this new portal.
